What is a Mobile Flooring Retailer?
We will bring our showroom to you. Call or email to set up an appointment and we will bring samples to your home for you to look at in your own space. Customers can also browse our website to get a general idea of what they are looking for.
Why don’t we have a store front?
Storefronts come with overhead that raise costs for customers and in turn lowers the pay rates for Installers. Having a Mobile Showroom gives us the ability to offer high end products for a great price.
How does the website work?
Our Products page showcases a wide selection of merchandise to choose from. Simply calculate your order using your projects square footage and add to cart. Once ordered you will receive an email within 2-3 business days confirming the expected date of delivery. If you are ordering a larger amount please reach out for a preferred rate.
Do we provide installation?
Our website is supply only, however, we have certified professional installers that work with our company. If you require an installer for your project you can book a free estimate with us via phone or email.
How do I get Samples?
We are currently working towards having samples available directly on our website. For now, we suggest booking an appointment for our mobile showroom to stop by or phone/email to have samples delivered to your home.
Where are we based?
Completely Floored Inc. is based out of Kelowna, British Columbia. We offer Supply Only across British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Installation is only available in the Okanagan & Lower Mainland.
