Refunds and Returns 

Contact us at sales@completelyflooredinc.ca to start the process of making a return. We require proof of purchase and any product(s) being returned must be in the exact same condition that you received it, as well as in its original packaging. Packaging that has been opened or damaged in any way cannot be returned. From the date you have received your product(s) you have 30 days to request a return.

Upon receiving your order, please be sure to inspect your product(s) immediately. If the item is defective or damaged please contact us right away so we can evaluate and solve the issue. Once the returned products(s) are received back at our warehouse and checked, we can issue your refund.

Please note we are only able to issue refunds via the original payment method. If the original method of payment is no longer available, we can offer a store credit equal to the amount of the refund. Some products do have a 15% re-stocking fee, and the shipment of a return is to be independently arranged and covered by the customer. Special offers, Clearance Items, as well as Custom orders are all considered ‘Final Sale’ and not eligible to be returned or refunded.

Shipping

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, shipments have an estimated 2-10 business days for delivery. Custom orders and select products may take an extended 7-14 business days. Standard Shipping includes a curb side or threshold delivery. It will be the customer ‘s responsibility to bring the flooring inside.

Deliveries occur between Monday – Friday.
